Another thought about BoS

Just imagine if the restraining order is lifted and BoS does respond by opening back up by taking care of all the payouts that they know people will be requesting. If they prove to pay everyone out – and end up winning this case – they have just received an incredible amount of publicity. I mean does anyone not know who BoS is now?

Point is – if things work out - they can use this to their advantage and be right back in business.

Of course they need to beat this thing with the government and get this restraining order lifted. That’s still key and with some luck the rest will fall in place.

But would people take the chance with their money to leave it with them and have this possibly happen again down the road.
How long have they been shut down so far, 3 weeks maybe more- if this was in the middle of the NFL , NCAA FB season people would have jumped ship never to return.IMO

The phrase "any publicity is good publicity" does not apply to this situation. Much like a drug dealer, not many will want to mess with the guy who gets picked up by the feds.

Check your facts sir. He was the biggest defensive player in the game at the time and he did not kill anyone (help cover up a murder, maybe, but killer, no).

JB - Yes right now I would agree. But I was assuming - the charges vs BoS were dismissed (not Caruthers or individulals) and the restrating order was lifted, and BoS paid out the frantic people who have been so nervous.

This would do the following

1. Would show people the government has said BoS is a legitimate company and we won't touch them

2. Would show people the courts have said go "back in business"

3. Would show people money has been safe because they still had it to pay out.

4. Would show people they are financially strong because they made it through this and still paid everyone.

Now I am not saying this will happen. I am saying if it did happen - BoS has just got the best publicity money can buy. Everyone knows them. What is absurd about this? I am not following.
