Anthony Calvillo most Pro Passing Yards

Calvillo was born in Los Angeles, California. While attending La Puente High School, Anthony Calvillo was a two-sport standout in football and basketball.

Calvillo spent two seasons at Mt. San Antonio Junior College before transferring to Utah State University in 1992. After a solid junior year as starting quarterback, he had a terrific senior season in 1993. He set a school record with 3,260 yards of total offense in the regular season, and he also set a school record with 5 touchdown passes in a single game (he did it twice). With Calvillo leading the offense, USU won the Big West Conference championship for the first time since 1979. The Aggies finished the year with a 42-33 win over Ball State in the Las Vegas Bowl; Calvillo passed for 386 yards and 3 touchdowns to win MVP honors.[3] It was Utah State's first-ever bowl victory.

The Montreal Alouettes quarterback passed Damon Allen’s career passing yardage record on Monday at Molson Stadium. He connected with Jamal Richardson on a 50-yard touchdown pass on the final play of the third quarter to move past Allen’s record of 72,381.

Allen and Calvillo played their entire pro careers in the CFL. Brett Favre, who played his career in the NFL, is third with 71,838 yards. Warren Moon, who split his career between the two leagues is fourth with 70,533 and NFL great Dan Marino is fifth with 61,361.

Agreed.......just don't agree with ragging on a guy that put up the numbers he did. Yes, it wasn't in the NFL. The man is a cancer survivor, came back and put up the numbers he did. I don't support small minded f*cks that ridicule his success.
