anti-gambling legislation

Apparently as a result of new anti gambling legislation party poker is preparing to freeze all US real money accounts. As soon as the president signs this bill into law, they will proceed with freezing accounts. This could be signed anytime in the next two weeks. This recent development has me concerned that the online sports books we all use will start doing the same. Has anyone heard anything about a potential freeze on real money accounts at online sports books? I have a pending payout at bodog just to be safe, but I obviously would like to continue online betting on sports.

Does anybody have any idea whats going on with this?
