Any legal recourse on us?

Question to those out there who want to respond:

What legal recourse do banks have against us who deposit and withdraw funds through Neteller? Obviously, these transactions show up on our/my monthly statements. Do we run the risk of being prosecuted or do federal/local authorities have bigger fish to fry?

bigger fish to fry plus banks have not set any requirements yet. As far as us players we were dealing with a honest, public traded company in neteller so think were clear
