Any traditions with family or friends on Thanksgiving???


Our family usually has two games of monopoly going....it's intense.

I don't know if it counts as "tradition", but the only thing my wife and I make for Thanksgiving are reservations. We've found it more enjoyable and less stressful than heading to my in-laws (even my wife wants to avoid her family) or preparing a Thanksgiving dinner for 3. Plus, my wife and I both work 50+ hours a week, so having a day off in the middle of the week together is the thing we are truly most thankful for. That and sleeping in (my wife is still asleep at 1pm).

Living in Orlando, there are a bunch of resort hotels that put on a great meal that we don't have to prepare or clean up after. It can be a bit pricey, but well worth it.
