Nickel Juice night is every Friday night during the college and NFL regular football season. It begins at 6 pm EST and ends at 12 am EST. Nickel juice will apply to all college and NFL sides and totals. Maximum wager is $1,000. All "point buying" rules still apply and each ˝ point buy will be at an additional $.10, except for point buys on or off of the number 3, which will still be at $.20 for each additional ˝ point. College point buys on/off the number 3 remain at an additional $.10

If you pass on the bonus plan when signing up, I believe Betonline.com is -105 for all hoops and foots.

$50 for a cashiers check. 2-10 days.

I'll make that fee up on a few -105 wagers in no time. I like the book.

i've had excellent experiences at betonline/bestline sports. Same day money grams and a cashier check in 4 days. Payouts are not free however. Money gram cost me 109 for 1500 and check was 50 fee. Top 5 sportsbook imho. Very good cs and people who's first langauge is english. Up to an A-, at sbr I noticed a couple of days ago.

Betonline advertizes two bonus packages
1. Low Juice which includes -105 juice on unlimited online wagering
2. up to 7% rebates on horses
3. Dime line baseball
4. Daily casino rebates
Big Bonus Package
1. Up to 1055 in total bonuses
2. Free loyalty Program
3. World's Highest Parlay amd Teaser odds
4. Special Casino Bonuses
You choose between these two packages wen you sign up. I know nothing about how good a Book they are. Looking for that information myself
