Any T.V experts?

Lookin to make a purchase of a new t.v within a week or so.

Does any1 have some good knowledge on t.v's

for example i watch sports 24/7. lcd or plasma better for that?

i know or i think 1080 p is what i should be lookin at but what would some of

the other specs i should be lookin at as well?

any input would be awesome

thinkin 46 to 50 inch

what about Hz higher the better i assume?

there is just way to many specs and the t.v's im lookin at are all

different. hard to grasp. i wanna pull the trigger soon so i have it for the

madness.

def get 120hz. i'm not sure if the 240hz make a difference. i dont think the human eye can pick up the difference so may not be worth the extra money
