Is anybody at the mall a physiotherapist?
Woke up this morning and both my Achilles tendons are fuked. Very sore and I can't walk properly. Lots of pain when I walk or should I say limp.

Last week I went out clubbing and dancing and 2 days later one of my Achilles was fuked and couldn't walk properly. It got better but now both of them are fuked. I haven't been playing sports or doing anything physical except for the dancing.

What should I do treatment wise?

Ice, Heat, massage?

Any advice is welcome.

Also, don't allow HCD to be around you if there are big women present. He tried to pay a HUGE girl to bang me...she said he was gonna give her $20.... She didn't make the money!

Ice for 15min lay on the couch and drink a lot!!!

Next time ya go clubbin, ya might stretch those achiles out a bit.
