I thought I read you could do it online through something but pay extra

No you have to enter in person and can fill put proxy info. I personally have two people, one to enter in person and the proxy. I got your PM and will respond shortly concerning

I see...I hadn't seen that yet, I thought the only way you could get in was to do it in person, and was trying to see if I need to make a trip to vegas!
