Anyone else have the HTC EVO 4G?

I just got this a couple of weeks ago and for anyone who hates to type text or emails these are great. The voice recognition talk to type is terrific, especially for someone like me with big fingers. It even types out post for CM. Navigation works the same way. All I have to do is say a company name and it starts giving turn by turn directions. Highly recommend for anyone ready to change phones.

Why? Don't you use phone all the time? I don't mind spending when it comes to phones

Mark - the voice type thing works good? Now that I kind of like

I dunno.. just never been big on it. I don't use it nearly as much as many, and only recently started having to text "a lot" just because i was forced. I hate it really... but now starting to use the internet more and more on phone so I am sure I will start using it a lot.

Dunno 4-500$ phones... just always think of better things to spend the money on personally.

Agree with the voice.. would be key for me as well

Yeah Jack it must work pretty good because I'm an ol Texas boy and it can understand my Texas drawl. Once in awhile there is a mistake but those are nothing to fix and still 10 times better than typing. If you are like me and use your phone like a mini computer it works great. Like I said I can even speak these messages and it types them out for me.

Cuse is right though they are a little pricey. About $450-$500 but when you renew with your cell phone company they knock off $150 then you get $100 rebate so I only spent $200 on the phone. I can live with that for this kind of upgrade.

Is the Evo unlocked, meaning can you change out the SIM card?

Currently the HTC Evo 4G from Sprint is not GSM but rather CDMA and so therefore cannot be unlocked.

Got this off of a tech site. Not really up on the tech end of things.
