Anyone else off today and watching the Band of Brothers marathon on Spike?
All time great in my book. I still can't help but keep it on when I come across it on TV.

I have the DVD box-set so I would never bother watching such a high-end movie series on cable TV. With a surround sound the Ardennes Forest bombing comes alive as if I was there. Amazing action sound in this flick.
Been thinking of watching it lately so just might watch a few parts today and the rest tomorrow...then I'll get into canvas painting.

I'm off to watch disc 1. Being Canadian I can cheer whoever I want, so I'll be cheering for the Wehrmacht in this one

It's always a spectacle to watch an Airbornes' Screaming Eagles Paratroopers unit fall out of the sky with their chutes opened.
