Anyone got a six pack?

If so what are your keys to getting and keeping it? not bad here but not as good as once was. Chicks dig it.

Not that kind of six pack eek

when it comes to abs, alot of its genetics...the best way to get there is good old fashioned crunches and diet. If you want a 6 pack and your not blessed with a really high metabolism your diet has to be on point, no cheating.

100 crunches / situps for every $1 of a lost bet
1000 for every beer

the result wont be ONLY the sixpack... but also a way higher winrate and lower beer consumption

depending where you live... if you live at the beach or spend plenty of time there... you got more opportunities to 'show off'

if you take off your shirt where i live, the next police officer will surely ask you kindly to put it on again

Ideally you want all of the following....cardio 20-30 mins 3-4 times a week. Strength training targeting all your muscles groups with strict form 3-4 times a week. Healthy diet. As well as all the stomach exercises with strict form.

I
training 7 times a week wont DO the job FOR SURE, think training muscles more often than 3 times week is inefficient... the muscles grow in the regeneration time, or? i ain't the fitness consultant here

Not the same muscle groups 3-4 times a week. What I meant was 3-4 times a week of strength training that covers all your muscle groups over the 3-4 times. Understand?

Do the Abs and legs every other day...the upper body the other every other day and the aerobics 2 days on and 1 day off. That doesn't quite get me the 6-pack, but does give me a good core strength that makes doing everything a little bit easier and keeps away most back problems...

The lack of cardio or aerobics as u put it is a key and where many go wrong. Spot reducing doesn't work.

this is the proper way...as well as altering your crunches form to work the outer abs as well to get more definition. a healthy diet/daily or every other day crunches/some cardio to burn fat and you should be good to go as long as your disciplined. living in a beach city year around the upper body definition is necessary

both of my parents were over-weight, so it started at a young age - told myself I'd never be fat. I was always a smaller guy in high school (6' 160, now 6' 185 that motivated as well) Make no mistake, ladies love the tone...

If you dont get the mag there. A lot of the info is on their web site.
