Anyone had some really close calls to ' meet their maker ?'

Just reading about a 6 month old that was killed while at a zoo when a branch from a tree fell - sad indeed.

You always say that when something like that happens " it must have been their time " , but a 6 month old ? Not fair.

Freak accidents like that are always happening, it makes you wonder and then makes you appreciate all that you do have, especially when it comes to friends and family.

It also made me think of a couple times when I could have easily been gone.

anyone have some close calls where they ' lucked out ' this time ?

My father's best friends son was struck by lightning going from the garage to the house on Tuesday. 24 years old, sad.
