lol, i wish i did bro, I dont even bother making this resolution anymore, although now they banned smoking in bars in Chicago which kind of gives me an incentive... I'll definitely be rootin for ya though lol.

Talk to anyone you know who is on oxygen or has respitory problems and take their advice. Quit smoking now before its too late. It was almost too late for me on 3/22/2006. I had to quit "cold turkey" that day. When I got home from the Hospital I started a "Quit Smoking" thread at the Maal and that helped somewhat. Cold Turkey is the best way if you can do it. Try gum, lifesavers, or hard candy as a substitute for smoking. I always carried Wintergreen Lifesavers as a substitute for a smoke. Good Luck. Keep trying until you can quit.
