Anyone here officiate sports?

I ump baseball, have for 20+ years.

Got my 1st game today (gonna miss the hoops games ), but a little excited to get out there. Even though it'll be mid-upper 50's.

Double-header today, NCAA D-II. GNAC Conference.

Also ump American Legion.

Good news, my pants still fit from last year.

GNAC, D-II. Central Washington @ Montana State U-Billings.

Basically high school all-stars, nothing special. Doubt we'll see any of these guys in the bigs.

Best part is the post-game beers w/ a fellow ump/friend.

That was, without a doubt, the worst fukking baseball known to mankind.

1st game, 4 hrs, 20 min...31-15. Home team scored 8 in the bottom of the 9th, were down 31-7...we're talking BASEBALL, not FOOTBALL.

Good news, I had both dogs today and the beers/captian morgan afterwards kicked ass. But, my God, it was BAD baseball.

It was a 7 hour double-dip...
