Anyone know of a good site that teaches how to pitch?

I have been searching for about an hour now, and I can not find a single site that shows step by step instructions for throwing a fastball. I thought if I looked hard enough I would find a site with some kind of illustration, but I only found vague written instructions on how to hold the ball and move the arm. I am 19 and just started playing baseball last year, so I don't have much knowledge of baseball mechanics. I find pitching fascinating, so I spend a lot of time trying to throw fastballs and curveballs with friends, but my arm hurts a little each time so I think I am doing something wrong. I want to find out for sure.

Does anybody know where I can see exactly how to move my entire body to throw a good pitch?

thanks a ton

-Zele

Coming from a former pitcher, at 19 your arm is devolping to its peak, but those curveballs will put pressure on the elbow and shoulder, and if throwing incorrectly your arm will be damaged by 21. If you have that good of a fastball as I have you dont need to throw many breaking balls. There are different ways to throw the fastball. 2 seamer in which you hold the ball with your 2 fingers either across the laces or even with them. And the 4 seamer which gives you a little movement on it. Here is something that might help, gl man

Hi Zelemont. Most of us rookie pitchers just go to Jay Pasco for advice. He was a Fernado Velenzuela type and could offer you better tips than any site. GL

Doesn't Fred Mcgriff teach the art of pitching in that video that he helped out with 20 years ago that is still be advertised to this day. Tom Emanski or someone like that is the name that comes to mine. Fred was a helluva pitcher in his day.............
