Anyone requested a WSEX payout recently?

Requested a Fedex payout check from them on the 8th. They say that the check should arrive in 2 - 7 business days but WTF, still haven't got my check. I contacted them to get a tracking number, but they said that Fedex didn't supply them with a tracking number??? Then I find out that they didn't even process my payment until the 15th one week after I requested it on the 8th. Don't know WTF is going on, maybe I'll get the check this week. Anyone else have a problem with WSEX regarding slow pays?

I cashed out on WSEX on Nov. 27th but I used the 20 day regular mail method. It took a lot longer then 20 business days but I did receive it on the 15th of Jan. I called numerous times and their CSR kept telling me you will have it shortly. On the last call I spoke to a manager and I was an A-Hole about it. They told me they were having trouble mailing checks. A week after this call I got the check.

LOL they're having trouble mailing checks. How can you have trouble mailing checks? They ought to just say, hey it'll be $30 if you would like the 20+ day Fedex option, or free if you would like the 50+ day regular mail option.

I had this happen too me once...called them explained what was going on, gave my info and they lady said it would be going out that day, got it in about 10 days....just call and bitch and someone will get on top of it...wsex is a solid book

I've actually requested payouts from them before, and received it within the timeframe that they publish. But it has been a long time since I've requested a payout, so I don't know what has changed since then or if this is just an anomaly.

wsex is a great book, but for some reason they can't process payouts as quickly as matchbook. 2 days every time and the check is in my hand. Its a real simple process, you transfer your winnings from wsex to matchbook and then request payout. For whatever reason, even though they are the same companies, WSEX has the best deposit methods while Matchbook has far superior payout. Interbook transfer between the two books is free and it takes all of 5 minutes.

wsex used to be one of my top books but no more,,, actually have a big beef with them now besides slow paypouts. Trying to give them a shot to fix it. I won't give them my business anymore unless they get shit together

thanks for the info, i'll have to remember that next time, because i still haven't received my check yet, they did refund my $30 fedex charge though, which i could give a shit about.

I saw on WSEX web site under withdraws that they are having problems getting checks out due to a high volume of requests. My guess is they may have lost or are changing there payment Processor. I would not worry to much WSEX is a strong book, so you should get your coin.

They said the bank wouldnt let them deposit the checks into their account because they were fom a canadian bank. They had to send the checks back into their matchbook,wsex accounts until they figure out what to do.

I just got my check today and it is drawn off of a canadian bank. That doesn't sound good. Hope my bank doesn't give me a hard time. Thanks for the info, if you hear anything else about how these guys got/or didn't get their money let me know.

I found this info on the subject at citzens bank website. looks like it should be ok might just a few days to clear. these guys prolly just got nervous.

Clearance time for foreign checks varies according to currency and amount. In general, for checks denominated in major currencies or U.S. dollars drawn in Canada, and if valued less than $2500, funds are available next business day. For checks valued between $2500 and $7500 equivalent, funds are available in 5 business days. When valued over $7500 or when drawn in U.S. dollars on countries other than Canada, checks are processed on a collection basis and generally require 4 – 6 weeks clearance time. Checks sent to Canada on collection generally require 3 – 4 weeks for clearance. Checks sent on a collection basis require a minimum equivalent value of $1000
