appendicitis anyone?
Woke up yesterday with sharp pain at 3am. I couldn't take it any.longer at 7 went to walk in clinic. They said possible appendix went me to er.

Got to er at 8am. Confirmed appendix. Scheduled me for surgery. Got bumped a few times and got into operating room at 11pm. Got out at 1am. Had problems with fluids in my lungs. Unable to breath. Finally recovered at 9 am.

I'm being discharged as soon as the doctor gets his ass here.

What a way to send the old year huh?

My have times changed...I had mine out @ 11-12 years old...30 years ago. I was in the hospital for a f'ing WEEK. 3 shots a day in the ass...looked like a pin cushion!

No, mine didn't burst.

Thanks everyone. Except chris gfy.

I'm home now. Feel a lot more pain now than when I was in the hospital but gave me a bunch of perks and vicodins.

Btw another reason to quit smoking. Lot of fluid buildup in the lungs. I was told it happens to smokers after every surgery.

Thanks guys. The doctors and nurses were top notch.

I would have been out earlier but got bumped by other surgeries.

I'm glad I'm not spending nye there.

Sorry to hear about it zoom.

For some reason appendicitis is something that has always freaked me out. Only thing good would be the percs to go with it
