anyone know the process of doing such? my poker site (ultimatebet) has suspended withdrawals by the means of check...and as you all know neteller is a no go...so now i am basically screwed in getting my money out...i think i would have a case since i am being discriminated against (gambler being seen as "criminal" whereas most of the western world it is not)...usa has now cramped one of my main sources of income.....any info would be helpful

I am not sure who to direct this to, so I am sending this to this ofice.

My name is ****** and I am a USA citizen. In October the USA passed legislation regarding to online gambling. Since then there has really been no backlash on me and other online poker players. Not until now. As of yesterday, January 17th, the main service to transfer funds has blocked USA users. So now I am at a wall and can't transfer funds from which I have earned. In most of the western world online gambling isn't seen as a violation. It is only USA that has taken measures to prohibit this type of activity. Online poker is my only source of income. It is a job that I have become very good at and have been successful financially. Because of this block for me, I will no longer to be able to put my skills to use and provide financial stability for myself. This was the final straw. I don't believe in any of the idelogies and beliefs that this current administration of the USA government imposes. Now I am totally fed up with the ongoings of this regime. I believe that the government here doesn't allow me to live and pursue the happiness and freedoms that the USA was once noted for allowing. So what I am wondering is how can I go about to be granted amnesty and seek asylum in a country that doesn't prevent me from living the way I should be able to live. Thank you in advance.
