So bought a pack of smokes and the gas station had these brochures they were handing out. It's called the Elektro E-Cigarette. Im sure you have heard of these, but has anybody tried this yet? I have heard good things. We gotta quit soon or some of us wont be around to be degenerates with you guys

I tried it and it didn't do anything for me. I had to work to hard to get a drag. lol

Morphius used this to quit. I am not sure if he is still not smoking.

Really, Jack? Well I think I'm still gonna try it, Im just sick of smoking and my pockets are sick of it as well. And my lungs are prolly sick of it too lol

I will give this a look. I have tried with Chantix twice. It worked both times but every time i go to vegas I start up again.

I agree with BP, Cold Turkey is the only thing that works, 7 years without a smoke for me.

quit cold turkey 10 yrs ago after smokin for 27.
Some people can do it, but addictive personalities are gonna have a hard time quittin due to the shit they put into them.

cold turkey with help of patch for one week. It can be done u just have to want to. Good luck, I know how hard it is. Almost 2 years without, and I have an addictive personality. Keep trying.

also, don't drink for a few weeks, and exercise, your body will start to feel better

it can help if you really want to quit. just keep it charged and keep supplies around.
