Audio amplifier question

Found a great deal on monitors and want to connect them with my studio speakers. Currently I've got 2 8-ohm 110W RMS speakers each driven by a 200W (into 8-ohm) monoblock amp (so, each speaker has it's own amp).

The monitors I'm looking at are 8 ohm as well but only handle 60W RMS, 120W Music (whatever the hell that means).

The monoblocks are rated at 300W into 4-ohms. So, if I hook a monitor up in parallel with the studio speaker, will that be putting 150W to each? Or is it more complicated than that?

It'll make more sense after some tequila. I get smarter.
