Unhappy Awoke today...

....to a busted pipe in my upstairs bathroom wall

Bathroom was flooded along with an inch of water in my kitchen and 2 inches in my basement

Unfortunately the water had no where to go but down

Wasn't all that I awoke with but that disappeared rather quickly when I saw all the water

Thank God we were home or we were in BIG trouble

Good news after reviewing the situation is was the flex line that busted

Out of this with a new line with auto shut off probably about 20 bucks.....sweet

That's what happened last week at my mom's house.

The 2nd floor bathroom's pipe to the 1st floor broke, and the ceiling partially collapsed in the kitchen and back hallway/closet area.

It was a disaster for 36 hours there.

Glad to hear your situation is better than you thought.
Sucks waking up to bad news.
I forgot if you were the one with the pool that gave way, that H2O is mean.
