Question Ballpark Recommendations

I want to plan a trip to a ballpark that I haven't been to.

Been to these so far.
SD
SF
Oak
Tex
Hou
Chi Cubs
Phi
Bos

But the key is going to a nice ballpark AND a cool city. Last year was Chicago, perfect example...had a great time.

Hard to believe that I grew up in Cali and have never been to either of the LA parks, but not really considering those for this trip. I've been to LA plenty of times. Looking for some place new.

I went out to NY last year and visited both ball parks. Great time, plus i love NYC, always something to do there.

I've been to:

Bos
NY
Philly
SD
LAD
TOR
ATL
Balt
NYM
Cubbies
I'm going to SEA next month.

However, I think Baltimore is one of the best stadiums. The game feels so close and you can always score good tickets. The city is so so depending on where you go (Federal Hill or Fells Point, I'd recommend). Plus you get real crab cakes. You might get to see the exciting Nationals too. Just don't walk too far from the stadium lol.

Camden Yards in Baltimore is the best park Ive been too and def. worth the trip...If you time it right you could see Camden,Ravens Stadium(which is extremely nice as well) and Phillies/Nats stadiums(both extremely nice also) are 1.5 and 1 hour away respectively

Both NY stadiums are nice as well....prefered Mets over Yank imo.

Keep this trip in mind for future years since you did Chicago last year.

Milwaukee for a Brewers game. Downtown is decent. Plenty of breweries to tour and Pottawatomie is a decent casino.

Then you drive 90 minutes to Chicago and check out White Sox Park. I'm a Cub fan on the north side but prefer Sox Park big-time. You can tailgate which you can't do at Wrigley. No bar scene by Sox park, but c'mon, who wants to pay 5 bucks for a can of beer at a bar?

It's just like any other big city. The general area around the ballpark is fine and the inner harbor is nice during the summer. Federal Hill and Fells Point (a little bit away) has some good bars.

I go to B-more a couple times a year and have never had a problem. I do believe they have cleaned up some of the crime.

Ive heard good things about the Great American Ballpark.

PNC in Pittsburgh is always rated as a top ballpark. The city life I'm not sure about as it was dead in the winter when I went.
