Bank Issued Credit Cards WORKING at BoDog???

I was trying all day yesterday to find a Deposit Method that worked well for me at BoDog so I could play a little poker & I didn't want to Deposit a lot (which was needed for them to pick up fees on WU, a few others). I tried a prepaid Credit Card (no), MoneyBookers (no), then for the **** of it I tried my Bank issued Credit Card & it actually went through ...

this was highly unexpected & someone told me in another forum that their credit card worked at BoDog too ... with all that's going on & with all the Credit Card companies declining Deposit attempts to gambling related sites, I wonder how they are managing this?

I'm not complaining mind you, it's great ... I just thought I'd pass along in case anyone could use the info. Another reason why BoDog deserves it's spot at the top along with BJ & few others!

When you look at your CC statement, it will probably say you bought $500 worth of building material.

A friend of mine used his bank-issued debit card on Bodog and it worked.

I haven't got the statement yet and dont use Internet Banking so I really don't know. I use a small local bank and not a BOA size bank so that may have something to do with it.

yeah, local banks usually don't catch up to these types of things as fast as big banks.
