Bankroll in offshore books??

How much money do you guys feel is safe to keep in your offshore accts (Bodog, TheGreek, etc)? At one point I've had as much as 12k in there. Is that chump change and I shouldnt worry or should I withdraw when I have a certain amount in there. What is the max you guys have had in there? Thanks

Depends what action coin you play with to keep you afloat.. i.e - if you hit a funk you still having enough in there to get your self out.. i personally try to get my initial deposit back asap then play with their money... the books you mentioned are solid... but don't leave in you can't afford to lose..

i think it obviously is relative to what book you have the money in.. also its relative if u play with a "bankroll" for a season long thing or if u play more hit and run "bonus whore" style.

of the books u mentioned I would leave 10 times as much at thegreek as they are never going anywhere OR cutting limits.. bodog u cant say the same about anymore and they are notorious for giving out double lines/cutting players/ and have changed since the good ole days.

in either case the threshold is only as much as you can stand it.. In a perfect world I think putting in a bankroll and slowly taking out a steady profit would be the best solution, however more people bet over their limit when the balance is high.. a good bankroll management should be about 2-5% of your total balance.. if u start chasing its never a good thing...

To some people 12K is alot of money, to others its nothing. All depends how it is to you personally. Personally I would never keep the bulk of my money with one sportsbook for a long period, regardless of how reputable they are.
As there are safer options.
