i thought the same at first then i read this

Some states have both. I know minny does, and I think DUI is driving under influence of drugs and DWI is under alcohol. I got a DUI in a small hick town in southern minny for being high. Bunk charge but had to plead to it to get the drug charge plea deal.

All states are gonna vary to a degree...

Here.....Over 21yo

Dui... .079 and below.........Driving Under Influence
Dwi.... .080 and above.......Driving While Intoxicated

Under 21yo.....

Dwi/Dui... .02 and above....get convicted and license hooked till your at least 21yo


I believe all drugs revert to DUIs
