Beltran.. The Giant??

While Carlos Beltran's jersey was still on display this afternoon, Beltran himself was nowhere to be found. That is because after 61/2 years Beltran is being traded to the San Francisco Giants in exchange for pitcher Zack Wheeler, the Giant's 2009 1st round draft pick. This is a trade everyone saw coming, so I wonder who will benefit more?? The Mets with the new young pitcher, Zack Wheeler, or the Giants, who are hungry for a 2nd straight World Series Championship, with solid, dependable outfielder Carlos Beltran?*

Giants desperately needed a bat. If Beltran stays healthy - it's a good move for them.
