I could say Ringo Starr, but on second thought (lol).

Neil Peart is an excellent choice--amazing in concert. Would flip the sticks 10-15 feet in the air and then catch them and keep drumming all in one fluid motion.

That being said, no one, and I mean no one, could pound those drums like John Bonham. Bonzo, in my opinion, was the best.

Seth: Fogell, this ID says that you're 25 years old. Why wouldn't you just put 21, man?
Fogell: Seth, Seth, Seth. Listen up, ass-face: every day, hundreds of kids go into the liquor store with fake IDs, and every single one says they're 21. Pssh, how many 21 year olds do you think there are in this town? It's called f*cking strategy, alright?

I'd say Niel Peart as well. Travis Barker from Blink-182 is pretty good too.

Keith,
Been lucky enough to see Rush a couple times in concert as well and Neal Peart was worth the price of admission himself. Could not believe the acrobatics from him

I think he had a million dollar drum kit back in the early 80's

I saw them on the 2112 and Moving Pictures tours. Was never a huge fan of Rush (can only take so much of Geddy Lee's voice), but Neil Peart was amazing.

I feel most of those guys are better.
Bonzo did a lot with a four piece kit, but Keith Moon & Ginger Baker who before him were doing quite a bit more. Especially Moon with all of his off beats.

Zeppelin is tired.

Everytime I hear something off of Zep II I can't help but think of all the Bluesmen that they ripped off from and didn't give credit to.
