Best Money Market Accounts?

probably a dumb question cause they dont yield much... but i got some money now in my young life and looking for a good money market checking account to kinda get in and start doing stuff. what do you guys think?

Im looking at ING-Direct and services like that.
Possibly branching off of my family on their Stanley Morgan account... seems like ING has pretty good rates, what rates should i be looking for on a money market account.... im lookin to start here and branch off to some index funds.

but silver or gold in that order to protect yourself from inflation

in a conservative sense

which a money market does not do

silver is way underpriced still
