** Best Pizza in the Country **

My vote goes to Pizzeria Uno's and Pizzeria Due's here in Chicago.

Deep dish was invented at this very place, in 1940 at Wabash and Ohio. Due's opened years later at Wabash and Ontario. A cousin of mine took me for the first time as a kid and I have loved it ever since.

You think you know pizza? Anybody coming to Chicago give me a call and I'll take you to the best...

** Pizzeria Uno!

NOTE TO OUT OF TOWNERS: You have NOT been to Pizzeria Uno anywhere if you haven't had it in Chicago. I have had Pizzeria Uno at three other cities and the only thing that's the same is the name, seriously

Now for thin, it's great here, maybe Barnaby's or D'Agostino's...but when I was in Manhattan they made everything here (THIN ONLY MIND YOU) seem like a frozen totino's.

Who's got the best thin and where is it? Anybody bold enough to challenge the big kahuna for deep dish?

That Uno's place in Chicago is a dump and their Pizza is sloppy trash. I prefer the chains to that garbage.

I have eaten at Pizzeria Uno on three separate trips and can name at least a dozen joints with better deep dish pies around the country. Barry's Sicilian Special right here in HTown is far superior.

I get a kick out of you Chicago Boys thinking you have the market cornered. LMMFAO!!!!!!

Just curious Darealist, how many cities have you visited? And I mean since you got out of high school, family vacations don't count.

Last year went to St Louis, New Orleans, Indy, Mississippi ... I thought N.O. would be better than it was.. city was dead which is understandable. I like STL a lot though I went to a nice club down there which had 2 floors, white boys and gangsters LOL

D, I said CITIES. Big Easy is the only one on your list that qualifies although St. Louis is a nice town.

BTW, I was not aware that Juco baseball teams travelled so ''well''.
