Best tasting protein shake I've ever tried

Mixed with just water Its like drinking a milkshake. Its whey too.

Name of it is "PVL whey gourmet".
Made in Canada so some of you may be familiar with it. Usually the better a shake tastes the poorer the quality, but not so much in this case (If the breakdown is correct).

Comes in many diff flavours as many as 8 I believe. I have milk chocolote. Only downside is....its one of those dreaded shakes where u open it the container and its only 3/5 full!

Other than that no complaints.

what's the calorie and fat content like? I've found that the better tasting the shake, the worse it is for.

I've been sticking with NytroWhey from ProSource. The vanilla flavor (2 scoops) mixed with blueberries, peanut butter, non-fat plain yogurt, and 14 oz. of water is GREAT.

Best "tasting" but not best for you protein i've tried is Syntha 6 by BSN.

Yeah that is a fair general comment. But this one is ok in that respect (otherwise wouldn't have got it). Per scoop 31 grams it has....130 calories (540 kj) and 3 grams of fat (mostly the good fats).

Also of note : 4 grams of carbs (I like the low carb shakes). 21 grams of protein-that is my only other complaint I usually get ones with 30 grams or so per 31 grams. Still not bad.
This isn't my regular one, just thought would give it a go, my regular is musashi 92 blend.

Muscle Milk tastes great, but I stopped using it once I noticed it contained soy. Soy, being an estrogen enhancer, is not something I wanted.

I've tried most of those product types you mention PST.....but these days I'm more into eating real foods, as opposed to supplements.

So right now my protein shakes is all I'm on.
As well as Powerade or I-tonic when I need an energy kick.

i eat real food on top of those. I have two servings of either talopia and spinach or chicken and broccoli each day.

also, a good moring treat: 1/3 cup of All Whites egg whites with 10 ozs. of orange juice. blend em together and enjoy.

I have my organge juice in the morning, preworkout. It works as almost a carb to fuel the workout.
