What fast food restaurant has best value menu, and what is best item on it?

I like the big cheeseburger from jack, and the plain chicken sandwiches there with franks red hot.

But I can really take down any of the above mentioned for sure

Man I wish we would get a Jack in the Box back in MN. Instead someone decided to start the Sonic franchise (great idea when it is freezing outside 6-8 mos of the year).
