want one and I don't want one that you get every year. I want more money period plus the one you get every year. I went out and applied to other places got a job offer for 6 g's more somewhere else so I am going to try the route of got a job offer can u match? anyone else got any other ideas?

yeah we are governed by office of children and family services or ocfs. they can do it though. I have talked to our cfo. we are over are budget on days of care. I have ran the houses at 103% for the year with a idea to have what we call "respite beds". we budget for 93.5% for the year.

as someone who has been on both sides of the "I got another offer for $ X, will you match it...", I can tell you it is a mistake to play it that way. Any decent employer (worth working for in the first place) will tell you not to let the door hit you on the way out. If you got another offer for more $$$, then take the job. But be careful man, the grass is NOT always greener on the other side.

and if all else fails, you can try kneepads (LOL--j/k man)
