Bestlinesports cashouts

Hi. Quick question for anyone who uses them often. Are all the methods of withdrawing money now coming at a cost of $50?

Had a Little Chat With them ...

Here is the convo

Quote:
[Mr. Evans] Hello. How may I assist you?

[ME] Yeah, just realized that the cashout is now a $50 fee but about a week ago it was $15 ... whats the deal on this ... in 2 weeks will it be $100 and how come I didn't get a warning or an e-mail about this change?

[Mr. Evans] well Sr. unfortunately the fees not depends on us only, it depend of the processor that we were using for the transaction and they could change with out any previous advise, this is a great feedback the best thing i can do for your is to forward this suggestion to my supervisor, so he can take action on this.

[Mr. Evans] Is there anything else I can assist you with?

[ME] well ... being in the USA there are only 2 ways to cashout ... check or bank wire ... still $50 for each ... i dont see how it costs you $50 to send a check ... please have your supervisor e-mail me about this ... it seems a little steep for a check to be written out when other sportsbook charge 50 cents to $20 ... not $50

[Mr. Evans] you can also cash out using Western Union and money gram, you can also take this as an option

[Mr. Evans] can you please give me your email address

[ME] none-mails@cappersmall.com ...

[ME] whats the % fee for a western union or money gram

[Mr. Evans] it depends of the amount that you are going to request

[ME] i know ... can you give me the rundown on this ... if it depends on the amount then there are set % fees for that amount ... so im asking

[Mr. Evans] for $100 the fees are around $25

[ME] yeah, get your supervisor to contact me ... 25% fee is a little outragious also

[Mr. Evans] sure i going to send him an email with your email address

[Mr. Evans] Is there anything else I can assist you with?

[ME] naw ... thanks

that is pricey, but I bet if you play much the low juice will more than make up for it. I have had nothing but good experiences with bls, starting a few weeks before Jack signed them up as sponsors. I also think, if everyone bitches enough, they will lower those fees. Bls seems to be trying to gain market share and 50 bucks for a check isn't a good strategy. I sent an email earlier today, when I read this thread, complaining and everyone should do the same.

sending $100 with western union shouldn't cost $25....I have a western union computer at work, and I can tell you - sending from canada to like somalia is like $30 for $200 ... at the most...

$25 is overpriced and is more than likely going into their pockets :O

I just got off the phone with them and cashed out 3500 by bank wire. The fee was 50 bucks. They asked me was there any particular reason why I wanted to cash out the full amount and I told them their cashout fees are too steep. Even though our bets are probably more than 50 bucks, I don't think I should have to pay 50 bucks when there are other sportsbooks out there that only charge a couple bucks. There probably are other reasons why this sportsbook is better then others but my plan is to reach a goal every week and cashout every week and 50 bucks a week can add up. As far as everything else, the sportsbook is great. Overnight lines for all sports low juice, and good customer service. Good luck to you guys and tear up those books!
