Bet First Class----Issue

Sometime in the middle of july, I deposited a few dimes with BFC. My last bet was made with them on aug 24th. I ended up making over 4x my initial deposit.

During the month or so of playing, i went from unlimited limits, to dime limits, to having my bets reduced to $600 max. I was also put on a 10 second delay for each and every play I put in.

When i asked about the delay, I was told that I wasn't on a delay, that they wouldn't do that. really? then why was it that when i hung up and went to make a play, the delay was gone?
I dealt with bfc having 40 cent lines, to clerks asking me what a nickel meant and if a dime was a $1000.

I called in atl -240 one night and it said line has changed. so i hit submit again and it said, atl -285. I made a post about this and mike responded that I was playing steam. Thats funny because the game got steamed the other way to -225 and yes i have proof. even if it did get steamed -240 to -285 is a joke.

When i questioned steve about these couple of things, I was told "If you don't like it, then don't play here".


NOW THIS IS WHERE THE REAL PROBLEM IS......

On aug 25th, i asked for a payout of my acct, I was done with the bullshit and minor league garbage.
I got sent two moneygrams for about 4k. i went and picked it up, with no problem and was then awaiting my ck for the balance.

On sept 1st, i received my check. Went to the bank the next day and was told it would be a 8-10 week hold because of the kind of check and a $140 fee to process it. I said fk that.
I went home and called bfc and told them what happened. Steve said ok, i'll call you tomorrow and give you racheals email address and you can send a email with a picture of the check tore in half. I said, no problem.

Two days went by and i called and talked to steve. He gave me racheals email address for me to send the torn check. I immediately took a picture of ck and then a picture of the check tore in half. I then sent it to the email steve gave me.

The following week i still have not heard anything from bfc, so I called, only to be told that the email was never sent. I said bs, it was sent the same day.
Steve then told me that maybe he gave me the wrong email address, that he'll give it to me again and i can resend. He did, I resent and the email was received. yes the email was one letter different but i had no problem with that since mistakes are made.

On sept 10th, they said they were trying to get me the money thru someone in the states. Trying to get someone to send me cash. This went on everyday till sept 16th when i had enough bullshit and lies and called and asked for a mg. I was told that they could send on fri sept 18th, I said ok.

The 18th came and I called 5 times only to be told that only the guy answering the phone is in the office, one guy.
At 2:20 on fri the 18th, Racheal calls and said that $1800 was sent and the rest on saturday.

Then came saturday[football day] I called at 2:20 in the pm and was told that no one was there, not steve, racheal, mike or cindy were in.
At 5:20 sat afternoon, David called me and said they were only able to send me $2300.Iasked why and he said thats all they were able to send.


Monday i go on my acct and see that it said $353.58 was available, it should have been $700. I then call bfc three times and was told no ones there. Later that day, steve calls me and said he talked to mike and mike agreed to pay the full $700. I asked what there was to agree to, it's my $700? He said it was for fees but they decided not to charge me. I asked, 346.00 in fees, for what? He said he didnt know but don't worry about it.


So i call on wed to get the withdrawl and clerk says no ones there. I have called every other day since sept 20th and no one of the stiffs will return my call, not one.

I CALLED SEPT 30TH, NO RETURN CALL.

I CALLED OCT 2ND, NO RETURN CALL.

I CALLED OCT 5TH, NO RETURN CALL...was told steve is on the other line, he said he'll call as soon as he's done. well it's now tues oct 6th at 7 pm and im still waiting.

heres what it still says on my acct a month later....

Pending $0.00
Available $353.58

Message mike has explain to me that he will refund the fees and sorry for the issues on the acct . . . . . much longer story but lets just leave it at that for now.

There are numerous details conveniently left out of this report which I will not share out of respect for the client's privacy. I will say that he was paid in full this morning despite confusion that he brought on himself.

Any BFC customer who has dealt with me can affirm that their question or issue has been handled very quickly.

One thing i read that i can agree happens is the delay in placing a wager. I cant tell ya how many times you click a bet to the bet slip and then try to submit, seems like it take 5-6 sec and almost 1 in every 8 bets comes back with a line change (mostly 95% of the time not in my favor)

Hitachi you seem to have your facts straight but if there are any details you left out to make your side look better you should be upfront about it especially if you got paid in full.

A lot of people on here trust judge with their money, so if there is fault on both sides it would be nice to know.

I'm NOT accusing you of anything just making a point.

OH MY GOSH!!!! I`M TAKING ALL OF MY MONEY OUT OF BET FIRST CLASS!!!!

I don`t have an account with Bet First Class, but if I did I would not pull my money out of it or any other book that some people think they have to rip. People who come on Cappers Mall and start threads like this think that everyone with an account with whatever book there talking about will pull all there money out. Personally I think he broke his vagina and has issues. The members of Cappers Mall should feel very fortunate to have Judge as a representative of Bet First Class! I don`t know Judge personally, but from what I`ve read on here from Judge in the last 4 years, he is a very crediatable Man!

i recently setup an account with BFC through Judge and will vouch that he did every single thing he said he would do, when he said he would do it, and so far i have had no issues or problems whatsoever.

It does seem, for whatever reason, that there are rogue posters that get a user ID and post as their first post stuff like this. I am not defending BFC...I am defending Judge and his integrity here. He is a man of his word as far as I can tell and who do you believe, a guy with one post or judge with 16,000?
