Bet Jamaica's RaceBook
Wow, gave it a try since they offer more tracks than wsex, and I go to call it in and I tell the lady, $10 Trifecta, key the 5 with 1, 6, 2. And she just didnt understand one bit, she was like wait what sir who do you want in 2nd and 3rd??? Lady was lost, very unhappy. I just hung up.

Yeah same thing happened to me when I went to the local OTB and found out they didn't take Hollywood one day. I called up and the lady didn't know what to do. In my case though the bet lost so I got over it within about ten min

That sucks, for the most part Bet JM does have some top notch people, the horse betting online works real well, I have not yet to call in a wager though.
How was Vegas?

If it was me I would drop an email to the manager and explain what happened. If he knows about it its less likely to happen to anyone again, including yourself. I'm sure if u drop Jack a line he will give u Scotty's (the head of operations) email. My dealings with him have been first class!

They probably never get horse wagers over the phone, I think "keying" the horses is what confused here.
They have a pretty cool interface though online
