BetCRIS phone calls?
Have you guys had bad experiences with the marketing dept?
My wife said that they phoned 3 times this morning within an hour, 3 different reps with a pitch, very arrogant & rude. Apparently they didn't believe her when she said that I am at work and phoned 2 more times. I'm less than impressed. Anyone else with similar experiences?

Yeah. i have had phone calls from them. If you have been inactive for awhile, they start to call you.

I get books calling me all the time.. I tell them to take me off the telemarketing list or i threaten to never again play with there books.. ( Works half the time.. lol ) Its not just a BetCris thing.. There a solid book never the less..

Cris is indeed a very solid book, but I have been really upset with them lately.
I needed some info on loading my cris card, I couldn't get anyone in customer service who knew anything. So I sent 3 emails, not one got answered. Then last week I got 2 telemarketing calls from 2 different sales people. The sales calls were and always have been very polite and courteous. I told both sales people that I liked their books offerings, but because of the extremely poor customer service and unreturned emails, I had deposited the money I planned on using there at betjm, pinny, and wsex. Both sales people said they had gotten that complaint a lot lately and apologized. I just don't think their customer service compares to all the other A+ books out there. |
