I made a credit card deposit two weeks ago for $1000. I turned that into $12000. On March 17 I requested and received a neteller withdraw for 2500, no problem. I requested another neteller withdraw on Sunday for $2500. Today they told me they will not send money to neteller until I open up an account with myatmonline.com, and send the $1000 from the credit card deposit there. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told NO! They are too busy. Instead, I could talk to the lady from customer service. I think English is her third language. I told her I have concerns with security with MYATMONLINE.com. As I have never heard of them before. She started yelling at me that I should just open up an account, it is easy. I thought this sportsbook was supposed to be top notch. They certainly do not treat their players well!

yup sounds similar to the story my bud was telling me. He made a credit card deposit and asked for a withdrawal via neteller. Told him it would take a few days to process. Few days later he asked where is the money they said it will take a few days, my friend was furious and low and behold those ****s suspended his account because he wasn't rational. I mean hell if people are ****ing around with my money don't you think we have the right to be angry. I'll talk to him again and ask what he finally did.

well first start i think you gotta talk to the head huncho rather than the woman. This is big bucks and considering you said her english didn't seem very good you are definitely have communication problems.

Don't talk to that bitch again cause i'm worried she may pull the plug on you and suspend your account.

how in the world can I speak with a supervisor. I asked her and she said no. I did hear someone talking to her in the backround, so the supervisor may already be aware of it and is hiding behind her.

hahaha the hunt is on, hmmmm this is a tough situation. You should tell your story to sportbook reviews and just tell BetCris if you do not get your money you'd put on the bad word out. Problem is in this situation i just feel you will not get the full amount rather they will probably compensate. Again ill need to talk to my bud to ask him how he solved this issue.

The problem lies with the fact that you made your deposit with a credit card and you could easliy refuse the charges when the bill comes. They want the money deposited somewhere that is secure for them.

However, that does not give Cris the right to treat you as you described. Call back and ask to speak to a supervisor before telling the CS person your story. I have been doing business with these guys for a long time and have never had anything but positive results.
