[The Judge]

It is time that I shared some unfortunate news with my CappersMall friends.

On Friday, Mike the owner of BetFirstClass who was taking a much needed vacation, was deported from Cancun, Mexico to the US and subsequently detained on outstanding tax issues by the US Government. He is currently being held in the Houston area for an investigation but as of this afternoon, no charges have been filed. According to his attorney, that is a very good sign and hopefully he will simply have to pay his tax debt.

I am not willing or able to share additional details at this time but feel that I owe it to you guys to report this before you read it elsewhere as I am sure many already have. Please respect the fact that this will be my only public comment on the situation which is much more that any other forum will receive.

On a positive note, I have access to all BFC financial records and can assure you that all player funds are secure and that it is business as usual in the BetFirstClass office. This statement is not one that I would make if there were a single doubt in my mind and you have my word on that. I made a commitment to Mike’s wife earlier today, to move to Costa Rica for the next few months to assist in what is an unexpected transition without him. I am greatly encouraged by her attitude and feel good about this moving forward despite the fact that I have never had any desire to live in San Jose.

Understandably, this news is bound to make some of our customers nervous. In response to this I will say that we have immediately taken steps to ensure that BFC will continue to operate under the same standards that our customers have experienced prior to this unfortunate event. I will be assisting in the interview process as we try to identify the right consultant to compliment our future efforts.

Any BetFirstClass customer who has funds on deposit with us is welcome to request a payout and I genuinely look forward to the reports of how we respond to these requests. I can assure you that this is currently our number one priority.

Several of our competitors have reached out to us in the past couple of days and I have to say that we are humbled by their support. No doubt that some are more interested in our client base but nonetheless, it has been refreshing.

I invite anyone who has any questions or concerns to email me and I will answer each inquiry with the same urgency that each of you have experienced in the past. Please bear in mind that I have been fairly busy over the past 72 hours so if your inquiry is not responded to within 10 minute as you may have become accustomed, please give me a couple of hours and I promise to get back to you as promptly as I am able. Also, please bear in mind that at some point each day I will have to sleep.

From a customer end it is business as usual at BFC, requested a payout from Judge earlier this afternoon and had it within a few hours. I still have funds in my account as long as Judge says we're safe. Very pleased and hope these matters get cleared up soon for everyone involved
