BetFirstClass Introduces New Bonus Program

Today is the last day that BetFirstClass will be honoring our current promotion of a 35% Cash Bonus on all deposits. Beginning Wednesday, August 4th, BFC will be introducing a new Progressive Bonus Program which is unlike any that you have seen offered from any other online book. Here's how it will work:

1st Deposit
The first deposit (or next deposit for existing customers) will qualify the player for a 20% Cash Bonus.

2nd Deposit
A player's 2nd deposit under this program will qualify for a 30% Cash Bonus on any amount equal to or less than the 1st deposit. If the amount of the 2nd deposit exceeds the 1st deposit, the additional funds will quailfy for a 20% Cash Bonus.

Example: If the 1st deposit is for $500, the bonus will be $100. If the 2nd deposit is for $750, the first $500 of this deposit will be given a 30% bonus ($150) and the additional $250 deposited will receive a 20% bonus ($50) for a total Cash Bonus of $200.

3rd Deposit
The 3rd deposit made after August 3rd will be given a 40% Cash Deposit. If the amount of the 3rd deposit exceeds the 1st deposit, the additional funds will qualify for a 20% Cash Bonus.

Example: If the 1st deposit is for $500, the bonus will be $100. If the 3rd deposit is for $750, the first $500 of this deposit will be given a 40% bonus ($200) and the additional $250 deposited will receive a 20% bonus ($50) for a total Cash Bonus of $250.

After the 3rd bonus is given in the Progressive Bonus Program, BetFirstClass will evaluate the wagering history of the individual players and determine what their permanent bonus structure will be moving forward. Some players will receive a 40% bonus for all future deposits while some will receive 30% or 20% and some players will be determined to no longer qualify for any bonuses.

While BFC does not discourage sharp players from playing with us, we have determined for obvious reasons that we simply can not offer our traditionally strong bonuses to sharp and recreational players alike. However, the introductory phases to the new Progressive Bonus Program will allow BetFirstClass to attract players of all types by giving everyone the same incentives to try us out.

Additionally, everyone will qualify for this program from the onset, regardless of whether or not players are plus money with BetFirstClass over the course of their account history. However, like virtually every other sportsbook on the planet, beginning with the launch of this program, bonuses will not be given to players who have withdrawn more than they have deposited into their accounts.

Please note that the BFC standard six time rollover will apply to all bonuses given. This means that the players that accept deposit bonuses must place wagers equal to six times the amount of the deposit plus any bonus given before a withdrawal can be requested from their account. Players requesting BetFirstClass' reduced lineset (-105) will not qualify for any bonuses and players will no longer be allowed to switch back and forth between the reduced juice and bonus programs. The decision made by each player on their next deposit will determine which program that they will remain in.

interesting idea judge ... not really sure how i feel about it yet to be honest ... its a lot of 'work' just to figure out the bonus (as an accountant, i find it easy and understand it completely, but for the average gambler, its a lot of calculating i think)

honestly it's a little too complicated for just a bonus at a sportsbook. right off the bat my 1st impression was BFC is trying to force multiple deposits from players

plus it says sharp players don't get the same amount so that hurts guys like me

Actually pretty simple if the 2nd and 3rd deposits are of equal or lesser amounts than the initial. I had to throw the examples in there just to cover the bases for guys that thought they could start with a small deposit in the hope of getting larger bonuses with subsequent larger deposits.

You can log into your account to see the lines without making a deposit. We have a progressive dime line for bases.

why not just stick with 35% cash initial depo and go with like a 20%-25% freeplay/cash reload? less is more with sportsbook IMO

LOL, yeah seanie, we are definately trying to protect ourselves from players of your caliber.

I would say that it is not a matter of "trying to force multiple deposits from players", but rather to give them an additional incentive to re-up if they bust out. Recreational players will clearly benefit from getting a permanent 40% bonus but for obvious reasons, that is not something that we can offer to players who win on a consistent basis.

does BFC cut limits? if so what are grounds for it, consistent winning, chasing steam, etc? or does Mike like to take a bet? For now i am just wondering about the post up side not credit.

I will admit that previous to his "vacation", Mike was not shy about cutting limits for what he considered to be sharp players. However, Larry's philosophy is quite a bit different and feels that if you can consistently beat his numbers, he will simply use that information to our advantage. Steam chasers are another story and more of a pain in the ass than anything else because most don't really know anything.

Many sharp players are welcomed by real book makers who know what the hell they are doing. Make a deal with the guys that you respect that if they will give you their action early, you'll let them bet what they want (within reason) while you use their information.

Not sure how much you guys know about Larry Mac but just let me say that I am unbelievably fortunate to have him as my partner while Mike is away. I have learned more from him in the past four months than my 25 combined years as a gambler.
