Bethany Hamilton - The 1 Arm Surfer
I believe this was on ESPN Sportscentre under the "My Wish" feature. It was about a girl who wants to be a surfer. They teamed her up with the girl from Soul Surfer who got her arm bit off by a shark.

That chick became a pro surfer with one arm. Pretty remarkable for anyone that has ever surfed.
