BetJam BULLSH!T

It looks like they incorrectly graded a hockey game as a winner when it was a loser, which i didnt know right away, but I had already bet most of my account on this coming weekend games...now my account is negative???? Thats bullsh!t! I havent talked to them yet, but they are never very helpful. Ive been having other issues with them as far as reloading bonuses which they dont want to give me. Whats the deal Jack?

Bet Jamaica is very helpful most of the time and have one of the best customer service programs of any book. Now on to the issue

1. Did you know the game lost when they graded it a winner? And did you contact them to let them know they made a mistake or were you thinking you just got lucky?

2. What exactly do you expect to happen? If they mistakingly grade one of your wins as a loss - would you want them not to fix it? Help me understand

3. If you want to email me (jack@cappersmall.com) your account info I would be more than happy to look in to and discuss your situation with Bet Jamaica and find a solution if possible.

I don't want to see anyone have problems so seriously email me and I will do my best to help

Im just curious how other mallers feel about this..heres what happened.... I started the day with roughly 4900.00 in my account. I bet on some hockey games last night, and I came home last night and checked my account. It said I had 4000.00 in it. I looked at the games in the weekly figure section and saw which games I won and lost. Ok I lost 900 last night. I am out of town, so b4 i left I put in ALL my plays for these next few days which consisted of about 20 plays and almost all of my bankroll. So I get to my hotel and I get a call from my assistant telling me I have an email from BetJam, so I get online and it says how they were given a wrong score on a hockey game and my account was credited for a win and how I am currently "over wagered" yadda yadda yadda. "it happens from time to time" he tells me. It says that I should have 1290.00 in my account instead of 4000.00. I call the guy and he says "whadda want a 50.00 free play?" in a real shitty tone. Says I have to decide which bets to void. I tell him to void them all and send me my 1290.00. Ive prolly lost no lie 60K in the last 3 years with them...but not another dime! Thats just bullsh!t. Im so done with them

It seems strange to me that right after they incorrectly graded your wager as a win, you promptly bet your entire bankroll. And it wasn't a "small wager" for you either, it was 2/3 of your bankroll so telling us you didn't notice the mistake is little far fetched.

Of course if you actually didn't know the score and just checked your account for it then I feel bad for you about the bad beat, but to blame the book is unfair.

You can bet however you want to. But you're telling us you didn't know the final score of a game that you put 2/3 of your bankroll on?

if you bet with this kind of money then surely you are an experienced gambler

if so what would make you forget that a book, simliar to a bank, have auditors? You knew that as as an experienced gambler right?

you lost the bet, it was a mistake on their part, but fairly graded

the auditors focus on reviewing LARGE wins in particular

You lost fair and square

good luck on your wagers in the future

60K in 3 yrs.? Thats alotta scratch. Maybe a good thing this happened, at least you could take a withdrawl. Maybe reduce the size of your wagers until you start winning. GL in future bro.

BTW, i see nothing wrong with what BJ did.. they emailed to explain what happened.. Very fair

I guess I am the only jackass that thinks this is messed up! and yes i am looking at this as a blessing, but one thing... say you call a store and get a price quote, and then you go to the store and they tell you a different price. Most quality stores will honor what they quoted you, am i not correct? or do you just dont say anything???? Its me against the world... my thing is that places should be liable. What if that happened in Vegas? I guarantee you that Vegas would have bucked up. How bout this all you jackasses...your in Vegas, in Cesars Palace and you have 20 horse racing tickets and you ask them to scan them to see if you won...they tell you that you won 200.00..they pay you... 6 hours later they knock on your door and say that there was a mistake and you actually DIDNT win, and that they want their $200 back! How are you gonna feel? What do you have to say now??? Arent you gonna think thats a lil messed up??????? brotha please

You lost the wager, if you won they would of gave you your money. You could log into your account on Friday and have 20k in there by a book mistake. Would you keep it and think it was yours to bet even though you made no wagers? Bet JM made a mistake and corrected the mistake.

If the mistake went the other way and they did not pay you after you won is the cash theres to keep? The $50 free play was real nice of them to offer.

For someone that puts 30k in action out at one time you sure seemed worked up about this 3k that you lost.

I would give the $200 back because I did not win it. Please tell me this logic of yours is a joke.

This post just about sums up everything....

You took a shot and it didnt work out...You can be damn sure if the mistake was made on a wager you won and they graded it a loss you would be in here screaming if they didnt correct it....Everyone makes mistakes, it was corrected, end of story...
