BetJamaica closing and The Greek shuffle.

BetJamaica Players
After 8 years BetJamaica will close its doors. Non-US account holders will see their accounts moved to parent sportsbook, TheGreek. If the player already has an account at TheGreek balances will be merged. The remainder of BetJamaica players will be moved to Heritage Sportsbook.

TheGreek's USA-based players
Accounts held by players within the USA will be moved to Heritage Sportsbook. Players with balances are free to play or withdraw their funds from Heritage as if accounts were still at TheGreek or BetJamaica. Players will be asked to acknowledge the account transfer to Heritage.

Deciding to pull funds or follow the transfer guidelines; a little help from anyone currently at Heritage - do they offer team totals in MLB like greek did?

Do they post totals for all NCAA football games (friggin Vegas leaves half the board w/out totals these days.)

The changeover to Heritage is quick and easy. I saw no team totals for MLB just game lines and 5 inning lines. I can see where in the future it will be very hard for a US citizen to play offshore until Vegas gets into it like they are trying to do now. My MLB, Nascar, and PGA Future bets didn't transfer. I will post any info as I get it when I call them.

I have about $100 in futures. Do you think they will be wiped out, or will they give you some credit at the Greek?? Not even going to bother calling them today , don't feel like being on hold for and hour.

Guys - I spoke to Scotty Johnson of betjm for last hour. Unfortunately typing from phone and will have more info.

I can promise it's not financial and anyone who wants to will get their money.

As far as any new contest posted with betjm - this is on hold for now.

Existing contests will continue and I'll personally guarantee prizes of Heritage or thegreek doesn't honor it.

I'll keep you updated about things here later today.

If some one has a lot of $$ in Futures at BJM, do a withdrawal before signing up for the transfer. Any US Citizen with a Greek account will be transferred also..At least VIP and BetGameDay gave us 2 weeks to WD our money, not a surprise overnight thing like BJM did.....Hope fully DR Jack can do someting abiout the future bet credits/.
