Thumbs up Betting Systems

Not talking about touts or those kind - but what betting systems if any have you found success in?

Do betting systems work better in a particular sport?

Do you use systems in the casino?

Are you looking/watching any good betting systems right now?

Discuss!

Trying to build one as we speak for MLB.
Using pieces from various systems I have run across over the yrs.
With the amount of stats out the for MLB its easy to build one, LOL the hard part of course is build a successful one.

I have a betting system when i play Blackjack

I use an "up and pull" betting system. Basically, the philosphy behind this is when you win 1 and then lose 1, you are still up. Also, when you run into a hot shoe, you can crush the casino.. Here is an example.

Bet 1......2 units
Bet 2......1 unit (if won bet 1)
Bet 3......2 units (if won bet 2)
Bet 4......3 units (if won bet 3)
Bet 5......you keep adding 1 unit until you lose

When you lose you start back at 2 units. If you lose your 1st bet, you would still bet 2 units. The key is when you win 1 and lose 1, you are still up a unit.. I have used this with GREAT success for 3 yrs. One night i won 13 hands in a row (yes i was shitting my pants with the size of the bet i had up.)

I guess I play this way as well subconsciously. Since I am not a fan of winning a hand and then adding to my bet I dont start adding until I am up atleast my initial bet and when I am hot I do add to my bets but I like to not add the full amount so my stack in the back is growing as well as my bets.

You might not make a killing this way unless you win a ton of hands in a row but you can grind out a great profit this way even if it isnt a hot shoe.

As far as sportsbetting systems go I personally do not like them but I do believe they will work if one has extreme money management control and extreme patience to grind out a profit....neither of which I have.

Plus I hate having the picking power taken away from me as I feel thats where most of the enjoyment is made for me personally.

Here's a system to look into. Take the Under in any conference semi-final or final game. I'm going to do some research into it.

I used the home chase system for MLB last year with great success until interleague play I am going to play it again this year and plan on posting it in the MLB section, I want to use the top teams and play them at home and bet against the bad teams at home seems simple but its effective but can expensive

I use the same system and have had great success for the last 7 years. Granted i have lost some trips to vegas, but i would say about 70% of the time, i come home a winner. The only exception i have is that if i lose 4 hands in a row, i get up and leave the table. I also set a limit as to how many units i want to win. Once im up that many units i get up and leave the table for the day.

Ive always done a small unit builder in CFB and NFL.

If a team is 6-0 ATS in CFB or 5-0 ATS in NFL, i begin fading to win 1 unit.

Standard chase system.

THis only applies from the beginning of the season till they cover. If a team starts out 0-1 ATS and then wins the next 5 ATS, it is not a play to fade...

i have found a real interesting chase system on mlb.................i played the system the last two months of the season last year and did fairly well.................................i am doing research on the last 11 seasons how the system has done historically now, so i should be ready for the start of the season.............the criteria are simple but still powerful.......................if my findings turn out to look good i will start a thread in mlb forum.

not sure if understand what you are saying, but if it works like i think it does then i subconciously play the same. can you clarify?

Bet 1: 2 units
--If win: next bet 1 unit
--if loss: next bet 2 units?

Having done some research this method seems to be preferred by many guys who write articles on the web, I have a casino opening up around me in June and I enjoy playing blackjack I will have to use this system and see how it works out...The other system is was thinking of using was the Labby system
Looks like this set a desired amount of money to win and bet the outer lines until you win for example
10-10-10-10 first bet would be 20
if you lose line would look 10-10-10-10-20 next bet would be 30
if you win line would look like 10-10-10 next bet would be 20, etc.
Similar to you style...
