Global Wager did the same thing to me. I signed up w/ them in 2000 and by 2004 or 2005 they merged w/ VIP.

Bodog is one of the originals and the owner is a zillionare. When books merge I believe its because two books decide that buisness will be alot better together wether its for financial reasons or for support reasons. Personally dont use any of these books so it dont bother me
