Exclamation BFC Site Unavailable...
Anyone else experiencing this? It's been happening all night. I tried to call the 800number and nothing...no dial tone.

There were a couple of times yesterday when our internet connection was lost and since our 800 lines are over the internet as well, we were completely down for an hour at a time.

I apologize for any inconvenience as I know this had to be frustrating for our customers but part of a larger plan that we are putting in motion this week is to switch to a different system and I hope that will be the end of this.
