Big Money withdraw question

My friend won 22K on a fulltilt tourney and was wondering about how to withdraw it. He's gonna do neteller and was wondering about any tax complications or bank complications that might happen. Any help is appreciated

take it out 15c or 2k at a time if you can....when cashing at banks, no red flags are drawn, but bigger checks are....DO NOT deposit in any acounts, cash them always...been through this a couple of times...
