Biggest mistake on line poker players make...

Drinking while playing...

Why do you think casinos offer free alchohol?

It clouds your mind , your thinking , your judgement...

The reason you see so many more suckouts online is because you see so many MORE hands...60+/hr opposed to maybe 20-25 at b&m. Plus loose calls are a lot easier to make online w/o the fear of lookin like a sucker even when you make your improbable hand... IMO

Exactly you guys are on to it. Another thing people should consider is even when someone is mildly dehydrated it can reduce brain function by around 10%. Alot higher than that when more than mildly. Keep up the water intake

crazy as it sounds, I have read people say that proffesional poker player layne flack is a good player while sober but is a great player while drunk (playing no limit). I can see why this would be...

This is true... I think I get better after 1 or 2 beers, but anymore then that and my play can be too loose.

It's been proven that a couple of drinks actually helps you concentrate better, hence why people many times become better pool players after a couple drinks. But, if you have many drinks your mind gets all screwy and then you have no chance of playing well.
