Agree with dhunter.
AVG is pretty good. I've always run NOD32 - it costs $60 for 2 years of updates for a single PC, but it's probably the best anti-virus out there.

OK, I just ran this free trial version and it came up with 518 errors in my pc. They would only clear 20 for free. Is this a tease to get me to buy this product, or do I need to take care of the 498 other errors immediately. Judger, do you have stock in this company? lol

Is that bad? lol Seriously, I do have some porn (all homemade) in the computer. Does this slow it down? Do I need to put these on disks?

the more files you have, the longer it takes to scan through them. i'd get an external hard drive and put all of your media files on it. then just scan the C drive for viruses.

Sir, I am an american. I don't understand the other language that you speak. lol After downloading AVG yesterday....I disabled my programs today to get it to run faster and defragged and it still is acting goofy. I was on youtube and it wouldn't even play a whole video without pausing every 15 seconds. I never had this problem before. I thought what I did would help me, but it has made it worse. I even deleted some programs that I never use.....

what do you mean by disabled your programs?

when you watch a vid on youtube, you have to allow it time to download. some vids download faster than others. this has to do with your internet connection, not your computer.
