Bodog acquires WWTS

BODOG ACQUIRES BETWWTS

written October 18, 2006

Although no "official" spokesman from either party will confirm or deny this until all the paperwork is completed, I personally believe this is true...

According to our source who spoke under the condition of anonymity, he states, "It's a done deal but all the dots have to be in place and the t's crossed before a publically traded company can make such an announcement...

Obviously, this would be GREAT NEWS for those who have been waiting patiently for their money....

An official announcement is expected within the next 24-48 hours..

Any more details would simply be speculation at this time...

I do know that BoDog was one of few groups talking to them so it would probably be a good remedy at this point. Hopefully it will work out

This sounds like really good news. It would be very cool if they don't offer clone lines, but actually work like two separate books like the greek and betjm. Lucky me, I lost all my money in wwts, but I truly hope it works out for all of you with money in wwts. One thing for sure, Bodog will pay.

I have seldom found a different line between The Greek and BetJamaica.

Really, the greek has 20 cent bases every day and betjm has a dime line to 190. Haven't checked with hoops or football. I would hope as "favorite strong" as bodog is both books wouldn't be identical.

I have never been much of a bases player but I did know that BetJamaica had dime lines.

When can we bet again?

Anyone got any reasonable info on when the bodog deal will, if true, be made public, and we can gamble on football again. It appears another weekend is about to go by the wayside.

I guess no one has any info on what's going on with wwts. Sure don't like having to work in my garden all weekend instead of doing the real work of having to watch a game I've bet on!

WWTS put out a new announcement tonight disclosing the sale t bodog.com and stating it will be about 28 days before shareholders consent will be obtained and our monies will be available for betting or withdrawal. Well that sure takes a big chunk out of the football season and we've got the party of the rich boys protecting the interests of banks and financial insitutions to thank. You know other than sound bites which they are damn good at the republicans don't and never have given a hoot for the little guy.
